TradeStream Marketing Corp is committed to making SignStreampro.com accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C and follow the U.S. Department of Justice's web-accessibility guidance.

1. Our standard

We design and develop SignStreampro.com to be compatible with assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice-input software, and keyboard-only navigation. Specifically, we aim to:

• Provide text alternatives for non-text content;
• Ensure all functionality is operable through a keyboard;
• Use sufficient color contrast and resizable text;
• Use clear, descriptive page titles, headings, form labels, and link text;
• Avoid content that is known to cause seizures (no flashing more than three times per second).

2. Current conformance status

SignStream Pro is currently working toward full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test our pages using automated tools (axe DevTools, Lighthouse) and manual review with keyboard and screen-reader testing. Some pages or third-party embedded components (for example, payment forms) may not yet fully meet this standard. We track and remediate known issues on an ongoing basis.

3. Third-party content

Some content on the Service is provided by third parties (for example, embedded payment forms). We use vendors whose products conform with WCAG 2.1 AA where reasonably available, but we do not control third-party content directly.
