This Privacy Policy describes how TradeStream Marketing Corp ("we", "us", or "SignStream Pro") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the SignStream Pro service available at SignStreampro.com (the "Service").

We are a Florida corporation with our principal mailing address at 9610 NW 24th St, Sunrise, FL 33322.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, set up a company profile, add clients, or send estimates and invoices. This includes:

Account data: name, email address, hashed password.
Business data: company name, address, logo, business contact details.
Client data your business enters: client names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses.
Document content: line items, prices, terms, signatures, and notes you put on estimates and invoices.
Payment data: if you collect payments through the Service, payment instrument details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
Usage data: log entries describing actions taken in the Service for security and audit purposes.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the Service — including delivering estimates and invoices to your clients by email and SMS on your behalf.
To authenticate users and protect against fraud and abuse.
To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Messages

When a contractor user sends an estimate or invoice to a client via SMS, we generate one transactional text message to the phone number the contractor has provided for that client. The phone number was collected by the contractor from the client during the course of doing business (in person, by phone, or through a service request form).

We do not send marketing SMS. We do not sell or share phone numbers with any third party for marketing purposes. Recipients can reply STOP to any message to opt out of further SMS, or reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, email and SMS delivery, payment processing) and only to the extent needed to perform their functions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and document data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@SignStreampro.com. Some records (e.g. invoices) may be retained longer to comply with tax and accounting laws.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, session management, security, and fraud prevention. We may use optional analytics cookies in the future, only if you grant consent through our cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies or pixel trackers. 8. Your Rights

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, purposes, and categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Delete personal information we have collected from you (subject to exceptions).
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as opt-out requests. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

Other U.S. state residents

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights of access, deletion, correction, and portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. We honor these rights to the extent applicable.

EEA / UK / Switzerland

You may have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
